My work combines excessive decoration with torn and discarded elements to stimulate visual senses and evoke tactile imagination. I design immersive environments encouraging viewers to explore and reflect on their identities and emotions, leaving room for personal interpretation.
Centering on marginalized objects and people from daily life, I ritualize foraged objects, infusing them with new meanings through drawing and painting. My installations transform spaces, creating a doorway to an imaginative utopia where forgotten beings are revived with compassion. Using shapes between figurative and abstract, I incorporate religious symbols to craft an ornamental belief system.
